Privacy and data handling

The privacy policy explains how Sylligence handles account information, learning data, analytics, school data, support requests and service providers.

Dormant accounts

Sylligence may treat an ordinary self-managed account as dormant after 24 consecutive months without a successful sign-in. Before deleting an account solely for dormancy, Sylligence will normally send notices at least 30 days and 7 days before deletion. Signing in cancels the scheduled dormant-account deletion. School, paid, legal, safety, billing, security, dispute and contractual retention exceptions apply.

Access, correction and account erasure

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Sylligence. Account-erasure requests are owned by Sylligence Security Lead and Privacy Officer Jackson Dong. Sylligence acknowledges requests within 2 business days and aims to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days. Requests can be sent to hello@sylligence.com. Sylligence confirms completion or explains any information that must be retained and why.
